This one hour workshop helps students to identify and articulate the value of the skills they have gained from all aspects of school life and their own extra-curricular activities.
After the workshop students are well placed to showcase their strengths and achievements and make them relevant to their chosen career pathway (university or employment).
Supported by business volunteers, students start the workshop by considering the knowledge and skills they already have and how they can be articulated to meet their personal goals. The programme helps students explain in a simple yet powerful way situations and challenges faced during school, sports activities, part-time work, clubs or societies. By the end of the workshop students are well placed to provide clear and concise examples to be used in interview.
Following on from this impactful workshop you can enhance your students interview preparation experience with our Interview Preparation workshops, focused on CV/application writing, none verbal communication and mock interviews, increasing confidence further.
